Copper Park Villa

Our team developed condos that are modern, large and spacious. We captured a market understanding that people were downsizing but still wanted space. We created an extremely robust building on a tight budget. The Copper Villa condos have become the gateway to Sudbury’s premier subdivision affectionately known as “Corsi Hill.” Our firm has set the benchmark and again has provided continued service to a long standing client.
