Ajax Downs & Slots

The expansion included a new 15,500 sq.ft. building shell and associated tenant fit-out work, and interior renovations to an existing 7,000 sq.ft. gaming floor. The expansion accommodated an additional 544 slot machines following Phase II completion.

The project was completed before the targeted milestone date and under the approved budget. This was achieved without impacting casino operations and was completed on schedule to meet the aggressive occupancy dates.
