Louis Bélanger is a graduate of the school of Architecture at the University of Waterloo. In over twenty-five years with the firm, he has led the design of health care, institutional, educational and residential buildings with a focus on public spaces within a Northern Ontario setting.
Significant projects include Health Sciences North expansions, paroisse Ste-Anne-des-Pins, Holy Cross Catholic Elementary School and l’école catholique St-Denis. Throughout his career, he has brought considerable design and management expertise to architectural projects of varying complexity and size.
