She is Managing Partner at Bélanger Salach Architecture, where she provides both strategic direction and day-to-day operational leadership. Since joining the firm in 2015, Tracy has played a pivotal role in its continued growth across industry sectors, ensuring that workload forecasting, resource allocation, and project timelines are consistently aligned with client expectations. Her managerial expertise ensures the smooth operation of the practice, supporting the design team with contracts, financial viability assessments, tender documentation, and regulatory approvals.
